Who is Trinity Ponds?
Trinity Ponds is a small, family-run lavender and homestead-inspired business based in the Laurel Highlands of Pennsylvania. We grow real lavender, hand-craft natural soaps and body care, and create thoughtful lavender gifts with a rustic, old-world charm.

Do you really use real lavender?
Yes! We grow, harvest, and dry our own lavender whenever possible — and carefully source any additional lavender to maintain quality. We currently have a 350 plant field.

Are your soaps handmade?
Every bar is cold-process, hand-poured, hand-cut, and cured by us in small batches.

What ingredients do you use?
We focus on simple, recognizable ingredients such as tallow, olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter, beeswax, essential oils, fragrance oils, clays, and real botanicals.

What is tallow soap?
Tallow soap is a traditional soap made using rendered beef fat. It creates a creamy, long-lasting bar with rich lather.

Do you make candles and fresheners too?
Yes — we also hand-pour candles, wax melts, and fresheners.

Do you offer gift sets or custom orders?
Yes! We offer custom gifts, wedding favors, bridesmaid sets, and event bundles.

Do you ship?
Yes. Orders are packaged with care — processing time may vary due to small-batch production. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — enjoy free shipping on U.S. orders over $40. We currently ship within the United States only.

Do you accept returns?
Because our products are handmade bath and body goods, we don't accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons. But your happiness matters — if you're not 100% pleased, or your order arrives damaged, reach out and we'll make it right with a replacement.

Will my lip balm, salve, or lotion bar melt?
They can in heat — our balms and salves are made from natural butters, oils, and beeswax with no added preservatives, so keep them out of hot cars and direct sun. If one softens, just set it somewhere cool and it'll firm back up.

Are your products all-natural?
Many are fully natural. Some include safe fragrance oils — ingredients are always listed.

Are your products good for sensitive skin?
Everyone’s skin is different — we recommend patch-testing and choosing simpler formulas if sensitive.
