Our Promise

Every product at Trinity Ponds Farm is handmade in small batches using simple, thoughtfully chosen ingredients on our farm in the Laurel Highlands of Pennsylvania. We stand behind what we make.

If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, reach out to us within 30 days of receiving it at info@trinityponds.com and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or a refund. No hoops to jump through.

Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we'll resolve it at no cost to you.

How Refunds Work
Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it's been more than 15 business days since your approval, contact us at info@trinityponds.com.

A Note on Personalized Items
Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
